Where can I buy inexpensive flip flops for my friend?

Old Navy has fantastic cheap flip flops. Wal-Mart, K-Mart, and Target also offer cheap flip flops. Another cheap place to get flip flops is the General Dollar Store. Or Dollar General, I never can get that straight.
