In Cuba, a communist country, when a hurricane was coming, the government made the entire population move to a safe place. No one died. In New Orleans when Hurricane Katrina came, the government could not make the people leave. Over 2,000 people died.

In a socialist state, the government can make the population get rid of any standing water. That gets rid of all mosquitoes. That rids the country of malaria. Non socialist countries have malaria. Socialist countries can get rid of a number of problems by decree. They can end a number of health problems by decree.

In Cuba, the people do not have modern automobiles. They do not have any way of earning the money to get them. Many families live in one room houses. Many of the apartment buildings are quite old and in great need of repair.
