Who can participate in a Monday qualifier for the PGA Tour?

You will need to participate in a "Pre-qualifier" and a certain amount of players (usually 10-20) will earn spots in the Monday Qualifier. Unless you have partial status, then you have a shot at playing in the Monday Qualifier without the first step.
