How is the french horn put together?

The French horn is assembled from several main components: the mouthpiece, the tubing, the valves, and the bell. The mouthpiece is inserted into the leadpipe, which connects to a series of coiled tubing that leads to the bell. The valves, typically three or four, are integrated into the tubing to allow the player to change the pitch and tone by redirecting airflow.
