How do you make a static ring so that when you touch someone with it it will give them and electric shock?

just get a ring of wire, put a rubber ring around your finger, then melt a long, flexy wire onto the metal ring,connect the long piece of wire to an electric switch, turn the switch on then touch some one with the ring (make sure not a bit of wire is touching you).(this is very dANGEROUS, FOR THE PERSON COULD BE BLASTED WITH 2000 VOLTS!!!!!!)
