What brought down the Concorde?

The Concorde was brought down primarily due to a tragic accident on July 25, 2000, when Air France Flight 4590 crashed shortly after takeoff from Charles de Gaulle Airport, resulting in 113 fatalities. The incident was caused by a metal strip that had fallen from a preceding aircraft, which punctured a tire and led to a fuel tank explosion.
