Should you get your nose peirced?

Allergies are the bodies reaction to irritants that trigger the histamine in the sinuses. This has nothing to do with nostril piercing, other than some sensitivity post piercing it should have no effect on your sensitivity to allergens. I would suggest discussing it with your Doctor just to be on the safe side before you go getting anything done. It's always a good idea to get his/her opinion about it in relation to your sensitivities.
