What colleges offer degrees in oceanography?

The Scripps Institution of Oceanography in La Jolla, California is one of the best known. It is part of the University of California, San Diego. Scripps is only a Graduate School for Oceanography, not a university for it. Although it is part of University of California, San Diego, the university itself does not offer Oceanography as a major.
