What makeup should a strawberry blonde 13 year old girl with blue-green eyes and tons of freckles wear?

Well since you have blond hair, you really don't need to put a lot on. Especially since your 13 and your makeup should look natural. You really don't need foundation but if you feel it is nessesarry and you will die without it, use one that adjust to all color skin. Try and srick to a really light shade of gloss, just use it to brighten your face. As for the lips, just use lipgloss or a light pink lipstick that makes your lips glossy (don't use to much, you don't wanna look like a clown) I suggest not to use eye-liner at this age, you WILL look like a hooker or like if your on drugz. Eye-shadow colors, don't go with anything to dark and try to go for the opposite color of your eyes which would be yellow or blue (light blue). Don't put it over the crease of your eye, just put it on the eye-lid.
