Correction:As long as you are talking about a United States passport card, the fee is the same no matter what part of the U.S. you live in. Currently, the fee is $40 for minors (good for 5 years); $55 for adults (good for 10 years) who do not have a passport; $30 for adults who already have a passport or are renewing (also good for 10 years).
