Yes, but it may not be classified as an STD. Blisters that develop that contain worms are usually from 1.) Person having sex with an animal 2.) Person having sex with a corpse (dead body). For example, if a man had sex with a dead person and the tissue began to rot and these organisms transferred to the mans genitals, a woman giving oral sex could receive these also. These blisters must be popped and the worms removed along with strong antiobotics to mitigate the infection.
