I don't want to farm anymore what can i do with my farm?

Book an auction to sell all your machinery, animals and your land and buildings. It's not as simple as you think, as it takes a lot of preparation to do an inventory of EVERYTHING that you have (include date of purchase, year of machinery, serial numbers, etc.), set a price for them all based on what you bought them at and how much they've depreciated over time. The same goes for your animals, only you have to record breeding, age, sex, species, and type of animal they are. You send this along with a personal meeting with the auctioneer owner you intend on selling through, set a date when you would like the auction to be, put a guess as to how long the auction will be, and he puts up several ads in newspapers and online. If your farm is small and you only have a few equipment to sell, you could sell them through another auction that another farmer is having. You first have to phone that person (not the auction sales owner!) for permission to enter your equipment into the sale as well.

You can choose to put up your land for sale in the auction, or you can sell it through a realestate office for another farmer to buy, including the permanent buildings and fences that are currently on the property.
