If it is sexually oriented "cuddling" yes. If the child has been previously abused and acts out sexually any private relationship with that child could ruin your life. Even if you are 100% pure with the child and you spend time alone with him/her, if the child knows what to talk about they could easily identify you as a molester and the odds are the legal system would act quickly to "protect" them. If there are warning bells going off in your head, listen to them.
