What can you drive with a class c license in New York?

New York is eliminating the non-CDL Class C licence. The previous non-CDL Class C is now the Class D licence, which allows anyone 18 or over (or 17 during driver's education) for non-commercial use vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating/Gross Combination Weight Rating of 26,000 lbs. or less.
