What prom dress should a fat tall girl wear?

A dress that makes her feel like the pretty woman she is. I would suggest avoiding shiny fabrics. They are very unforgiving. A long, flowing dress in a matte finish would be becoming and feel very feminine. I was a short, chubby girl who took a long time to be happy with who I was and learn how to dress in a flattering way.
