What are three advantages and three disadvantages of incinerators?

Advantage: It burns up trash and the ashes take up less space to put in landfills.

Disadvantage: it causes air pollution and destroys the ozone layer. and who would like to wake up in the morning already in a grumpy mood, and then seeing an incinerator right outside the window?!
