Normaly, coordinate are always express as X, Y and Z.

X is the width

y is the height

z is the Tickness

But there is exception and when we talked about a picture we say 4X6 even if in landscape, with the first rule, we sould say 6X4...

So in your case, it would be correct to say that 2,4 is the width, 3,2 is the height and 1,5 is the thickness.

If your dimension look like a portrait style, it should be it.
