Yes, use you phone book to locate your local field or service office responsible for sales tax (See Below). Bring a copy of the invoice you owe tax on and present it to them so they can provide you with any necessary forms you may be required to file and a calculation of any tax due. Make sure and save a receipt that shows the tax was paid.

If you prefer or can not locate a field office, find the respective website for the responsible authority, find the "forms" section under sales & use tax and locate the "Occasional Use Tax Form". Follow the form instructions and return it to them with payment. Make sure and copy the form and payment for your records.
