How do you make your boyfriend pay attention to you?

No duh! Keep him distracted! Doy.

Well, what if he cant be distracted? Im kinda in a situation like that.

He is always hangin' out with his other friends and whenever I want to talk to him about something he decides to be stupid about it and hides. And he's not treating me like guys should in a relationship. It really irritates me. What should I do then?

(BTW, We're like thirteen so it may make a bit of a difference...)
