When is the right time in a teen relationship to kiss a girl?

It has to be that moment when all of a sudden you get lost in each others eyes. But if you can't wait for this kind of moment or you just don't know women very well there is a second best moment. That is not at the end of a date because that is too expected. The second perfect moment depends on the kind of date that you are on or what you are doing. I would have to know more details to answer completely correctly. I don't know, I was kissed in grade 3 by this girl and she did the tongue and everything. It was a bit awkward. My advice is when you both want to kiss, like when she is slowly moving in, kiss her, but not fiercly, just softly. But I wouldn't move to tongue action unless your sure she'll like it. And at the end of the date, just kiss her on the cheek, or maybe a quick light kiss on the lips.
