How safe is text messaging?

Sometimes, not very. Text messages can be intercepted by certain wireless intercepting systems, but usually that stuff is advanced so only the Government has it. However, the Public can buy Bluetooth "sniffers," but that requires registering the device on your cell phone. So, whoever wanted to intercept, would have to use the cell phone first.
