Hmmm. Well, she has perhaps read internet drivel about her alleged membership, association, and recruiting activities for the 228 year dead organization. Perhaps she follows some tinfoil-hat wearing paranoid's blog about it. Maybe she has studied history and realizes like every other intelligent, sane, psychologically stable individual that the Illuminati has not existed since 1785 when the organization was disbanded and its membership hunted down.

Then again, maybe not. Unless Ms. Germanotta speaks up herself, everything is purely speculation.
