What is the best credit card for airline miles?

There are many different credit card companies now that offer airline miles or "rewards". Some of these companies are Capital One and Visa. There are also other cards that offer airline miles, and some do have blackout dates, although a few area available now without blackout dates. There is usually an annual fee for these type of cards.
