What does it mean when a boy keeps disturbing you?

From my limited experience as a teenage guy (I try to avoid being an annoying prick) the guy's either an annoying prick, in general, he dislikes you for some reason, he has a mental health issue, he craves attention in any form or he might have a thing for you (probably what you wanted to hear).

Of course this is all speculation, which is to be expected when you ask an arbitrary question.

Comment: The answer is Excellent, because it covers all the bases. The last answer (has a thing for you) is the most likely, but it also means that he's a clueless idiot with zero social skills, and even if he does have a thing for you - is that want you want? From there , it's your move.
