Some that I've come across are: 1)Using social security numbers for ID's on drivers licenses, medical insurance cards, student ID's. 2)Avoid putting your entire credit account number on your check to pay your charge card 3)At work, questions from supervisors regarding the reason or illness that you are visiting the Dr. or absenses caused by an illness 3)At interviews, anything regarding age, marital status, plans for having a baby, etc. 4) On a personal level, asking someone who is overweight if they are pregnant and/or when their baby is due or any other embarrassing topic. 5) When companies buy and sell mailing lists based on their customers' information 6) Insurance companies sharing your personal medical information with your employer or other insurance company. they need to do it in a bit more detail xx Yahoox
