Why are Jermaine Jackson's kids being raised by Katherine Jackson?

Prince, Paris and Blanket live their because Katherine is now their legal guardian.

Some of Randy and Jermaine's kids (Randy Jr, Donte, Jaafar and Jermajesty) live there with their mother Alejandra because according to her she can not afford to move out because she is not receiving child support from Randy and Jermaine. Michael's estate is now working on getting her and her children out of the house.
