Could you have had a miscarriage if a pregnancy test on the day your period was due is negative and your period comes 2 days later but is heavier longer and more painful?
It can be so many things.You really should go to your ob/gyn..I dont want to upset you but it doesnt sound like a miscarriage it sounds like a cyst....
