Your need to call your vet ASAP and let him know what is going on with the dog, she should not be shaking six hours after delivering. There are several things that could be causing her to shake or shiver. She could have a high fever or have developed a uterine infection. There is also the possibilty that she still has another puppy, that for some reason, she wasn't able to deliver, or she may not have expelled the afterbirth yet. She could also be bleeding, or possibly in shock. Check to see if her gums are pink or blue; if they are blue, then she is not getting enough oxygen and needs vet care immediately. But in any of these possibilities, you need to talk to your vet immediately.
