I'm sorry to say this, but yes, that is very heavy. 16-year-old girls should weight between 90-120 pounds to be healthy and attractive. Try only eating nonfat yogurt, fruits and vegetables for two weeks and slowly add small portions of fish and beans. No bread. Good luck!
