She'll get right back up and may either run away, or turn on you and send you flying. If you've got her mad enough she may even try to kill you. Unlike most urbanites think, a cow that is "tipped" is able to move her feet under her to get back up again. They are able to lay on their side, and roll back up to a sitting position with their feet tucked under them. Unless you have her in a ditch or gully where she cannot easily roll back to her side to get her on her feet again, a cow is always able to get back up after falling down--except if she broke her leg, pelvis, or dislocated her hip.
