Why are the Filipinos were already civilized people even before the coming of Spaniards?

One good reason is that we have our own custom traditions before the Spanish colony era. The natives uses their minds to cleverly live with the resources that they can found in the whole Philippine islands. At that time, people believe that the world was flat and those who wandered in the ocean will eventually fall into the edge of the earth and will go out on the space. But since many people disagreed with this theory, they created expeditions. Some created barter routes. And they traveled across the sea. Other traders and sea travelers made it to the Philippines island. The cultures and some of the ways of other lands made a great influence to the Filipino natives. This made our natives more practical in any ways. These people who made a great influence to us can be an Aeta (Ita), Indones, Malay, Tabon, and others.
