What is Thaoism?

Taoism is a philosophical and spiritual tradition that originated in China. It emphasizes living in harmony with the Dao, or the natural way of the universe, through the practice of simplicity, humility, and non-interference. Taoism also incorporates elements of mysticism, ethics, and alchemy.
