Is the word rotavator a palindrome?

The Word rotavator spelled backwards is rotavator, therefore it would appear to be a palindrome. However, rotavator is not listed in any standard dictionary.

The Word Rotavator is listed in some reference works, but this is a proprietory term (trade name, trademark) for a commercial product, a special type of gardening tool. And Rotavator spelled backwards is rotavatoR, which is not exactly the same as the Word spelled forwards, i.e. in its correct form 'Rotavator'.
