Who made Revelation model 350 410 gauge single shotgun produced for Western Auto and where can you get a forearm for it?

The gun was basically a Stevens 94 as made for Western Auto. They used both snap-on type forearms and screw-on forends. If you need the entire assembly, including the metal, it is going to be expensive unless you can find one maybe on eBay. sales@countrygunsmith.net
