How do you turn a guy down nicely?

First of all never ever lead the guy on. That is the worst thing you can do. You have to see from the other persons point of view. How would you feel if someone you liked was turning you down? You have to be honest, nice, and friendly about it. Make sure you are positive about your decision though because you do not want to regret it.
