In The Sims Bustin Out how do you put on a great art show in Studio 8?

You must HaveThese 3 rooms have full room (the little house at the end when you press upon the directional pad.) The first room is the one when you walk in the front door. The second one is the one when you walk in the back door. And the third one is when you walk in from the front door and go left.
