What is The employment act 2002?

The Employment Act 2002 introduces a wide range of new legislation covering such

matters as work and parents, dispute resolution in the workplace, and improvements

to Employment Tribunal procedures. Implementation of the new legislation takes place

over a period of time commencing in October 2002.
