Marco's power is a 'zoan type' devil fruit, so he can transform into an animal, or a hybrid animal-human form. His particular is a 'mythical zoan', type Phoenix, so he can turn into a phoenix or simply sprout wings and talons in his human form. He's almost impervious to damage, his body can be sliced and pierced but his blue flames simply heal the damage.
