How do you replace the tag-illuminating light bulb on a 1995 caddy concorse?

above the tag there is a metal plate (open the truck lid for easier access) remove the two screws and the plate will com off. twist / turn the bulb sockets and the will come out from the actual lens housing. remove the bulbs and replace. put the bulbs back into the lens covers and twist /turn opposite way you did to remove and they will lock in place. put the plate and screws back in and tighten screws. and finshed.
