Hitler's view on the outbreak of World War II is one of importance. Due to his numerous invasions and general causing of the war, he thought it was "necessary" (as mentioned in many of his great speeches). His country had been terribly weakened by the Treaty of Versailles, and Hitler believed war was necessary and the only way to retrieve what Germany had lost over the decades. I mean, why would Hitler have invaded Poland and Czechoslovakia if he believed war was a bad thing? His views on war can be seen from his invasions and speeches, which confirm his belief that it was necessary.
