Why are green bull ladders yellow?

The color of the fiberglass ladder's rails helps you know the approved Duty Rating and load capacity for the ladder. Red is Type III/200lbs, Green is Type II/225 lbs, Light Blue is Type I/250lbs, Orange is Type IA/300lbs, and Yellow is Type IAA/375lbs. The Type and Weight is set by ANSI and OSHA rules. The color scheme was started by the Werner ladder company and other ladder manufacturers are following the color-code system voluntarily.
