Is burris rifle scope 3-9 x 32mm good for Remington rifle 505-1?

Burris is a decent brand, and the 3-9 variable is a popular hunting scope. the 32 mm front lens will not be as bright as a comparable 40 mm, but for hunting the smaller scope will be more compact.
