How do you get Chikorita in Pearl?

You need to migrate it from Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald.

First off, you'll need to do a different game: In Emerald, complete your Hoenn dex and you'll be given the option of receiving chikorita, cyndiquil and tododile. Choose chikorita, and ta-da! There you go. You then either migrate that one, or breed it and then migrate it. Good luck. ARE U SURE?
