The difference between a black person's and a white person's hair is the curl pattern's for a white person's lay flat while a black person's curl patterns are more tightly coiled and curled. Making they're hair stand up and hair to comb. While a white person's hair has no curl patter at all and hangs straight down. Sure they're are some exceptions to this logic.

It all come from where our ancestors are positioned on the hemisphere since Africa is closer to the Southern Hemisphere they have more sun exposure dailyly. SO black ancestors hair learned to adapt to the SCORCHING heat by becoming dry, hard and harder to grow. While white ancestors came from Europe where they have wetter weather and they're hair learned to adapt to that waether..
