No, he will not be returning to the show. Dog Chapman and the producers of the show thought it was best not to invite Tim Chapman back to the show following his legal problems. Ironically, A&E has decided to cancel the series after an eight year run for undisclosed reasons. There had been some dissension in the family with Duane Lee and Leland not only leaving the business, but severing ties with the family as well. A&E has had a lot of controversy with Dog in the past. This may have led to their abrupt decision not to renew the show for a ninth year.
