What are store hours?

It depends by state, local laws and ordinance.

Target usually is open at 8 am to 10 pm every day. But in some states, there are "ordinances" that require business to open at a certain time and be close by a certain time.

Check with Target's web page and find out about your local target store hours and schedule.
