How do you strip my sleeping sister?

make sure she is fully asleep, then if she has a blanket on, you can slowly take it off her. If its a normal girl she is wearing either a t shirt or just a bra. if it a bra just slip off the sides and just peel it off, but if wearing a t shirt just roll it to her shoulders. then if she OS still sleeping then you can put your hand down her panties and touch her vagina and slowly push/pull the underwear down. then do what you feel like doing with your sister ( incest Yea!)

Then you can register for the next 20 years as a sex offender for raping your sister and committing incest. The Men in prison will find that very attractive. As they beat and rape you.
