How your sun is turning into a red giant?

When the sun is out of hydrogen to "burn" or fuse into helium atoms it will expand considerable up until consuming the earth, until it eventually contract into exploding into a supernova ultimately ending into a white dwarf, neutron star, or black hole depending on the original star's mass.
