Can you tell if a man has ejaculated recently or if has been a while?

Oh, dude, I mean, like, technically speaking, you can't really tell just by looking at someone if they've recently ejaculated or not. It's not like they walk around with a sign that says, "I just did the deed." Plus, why are we even trying to figure that out? Just let people live their lives, man.
