Where is the three's company apartment building?

The actual address is unknown even to the director that shot the location, but this should be able to get you close enough. The apartment building is actually a residential home and it has shrubs that cover the entrance, but other than that it looks exactly the same way it did 20/30 some yrs ago! 2912 near Rose Avenue in Santa Monica.
